We purchased our in-ground pool in August, 2011 and have to date paid the company over $50,000. We are in dispute with them over a final payment of $500. Which we will pay after they complete the installation. After many delays from the company, the installation was 98% completed in December, 2011. Since December, we have not been able to get them out to complete and finalize the project. \r

The pump system sprung a leak last week and we called Leisure Lifestyles on Friday, June 22 to come out and do a warranty service call. After setting up the service call with the service manager, The Owner called back and left a voice mail message that they were not going to perform any warranty work and on our system they would not honor their warranty. \r

The owner of the company, John Bullard, was rude and obnoxious throughout the entire construction process. Our pool was to be completed no later than 09/30/2012. It was finally completed in December, 2011 and we are still having problems with the construction. The pump leaks, the concrete deck is cracking, and the cleaning system barely works just to mention a few of our problems, there are others. \r

This company is without a doubt the worst company I've ever worked with and would never recommend them to anyone.
