Horrible Attitude - DO NOT HIRE 11/9/2010

I've been in the construction industry for years and have dealt with plenty of tradesman with an attitude, but this awful experience takes the cake! We ordered repair/service on our oil burner days in advance. When the guy came out, he refused to perform ANY service whatsoever because our burner needed cleaning and he does not perform cleanings! Then he stomped out leaving us with no reliable heat and no repair. He blamed the receptionist/dispatcher, but offered us no solution. He didn't even say good-bye. It's hard to imagine a company in business today that behaves in such a RUDE manner to it's customers. We were left high and dry (and COLD!) by this poor excuse of a company. more

Great Service 3/31/2009

Great company. That Paul guy who complained must have been stoned on his Vicodin and his wife must have finally seen through him. Probably a big phony who conned his way through the PSP and secretly screwed with others to hide his own out of control criminal life and it finally caught up with him. I guess he couldn't butt kiss his way out of this one. Pros: Get the job done right the first time more

What A Great Company 3/5/2009

I couldnt be more pleased with my service. Chris was very polite, and knew my problem as soon as he got to my house. I really loved the bad review by that Paul Tagliaterra, i googled his name and saw the guy is a con artist. He forged prescriptions and because he was a state cop got off without a jail sentence. Well he should of been writing that review from a jail cell. If I would of done that I would be in jail right now. HIS WIFE SHOULD OF LEFT HIM YEARS AGO. WELL SHE HAS LUCKED OUT TO FIND A GREAT GUY LIKE CHRIS. So if i ever have any problems i would not think twice calling Lehigh Valley Heating Service or Allentown Fuels. Chris was well worth his money. Pros: Great Prices more

Excellent Service 2/16/2009

I am writing this review because of the excellent service I recieved from Lehigh Valley Heating Service. I called in the middle of the night for service and was not a customer and Chris fixed my oil burner. He is a professional that I would recommend to anyone. The negative review listed below sounds like a bitter husband that lost a great wife to a great mechanic. His service truck to my surprise was fully loaded with many parts. I would recommend this company to anyone. No regrets here. Pros: Excellent Service more

lehigh valley beware 2/14/2009

about it. Chris is a person you cant trust to come into your home. Also,what he fixed broke 3 weeks later. Only the wife was happy with the service beacause she valley beware dont call him to fix anything, espically if your wife is home. Cons: LOOKS more
