Tina,\r Yesterday I received the email notification about my updated account statement which was illustrating the receipt of late rent payment for one of my properties. I have to tell you that your standard operating procedure of sending late rent payments received to owners every Friday after the normal payment period is awesome. Although I am not positive, I think legends is one of the very few firms that do this… most prop mgmt. firms send it the following month. As an owner of many properties with many monthly expenses, I certainly appreciate this benefit and service!!! Thank you!\r more
