Yes, the prices are very high. I remember when it was much more of a family restaurant 10 years ago...It's much more upscale now, or at least, trying to be. The prices are high, and from what I've heard, the food's good. The vegetarian options are next to zero. They usually have one vegetarian entree that occassionally changes, but it sucks to only have one choice. And, it's usually $16+. more

the freshest seafood around .. 4/7/2006

This is a great restaurant with delicious, fresh food and a full bar with plenty of seats. I enjoy coming to Legal Seafoods because I know I will get the best food around. Let's start with the friendly server, then some fresh warm rolls that are addicting. The clam chowder is the BEST here. The fish chowder is great as well. Nice and creamy and thick, filled with clams and fish and potatoes. The fried calamari is good here too. You are guaranteed fresh seafood at Legal Seafood. more
