Poor service and poor customer communications. I was told my glasses would be ready in 3 days and it has taken more than two weeks. I requested updates to lenses for 3 pairs of glasses. Two pairs came in on Day 11; they could not cut the lens to the frame of one pair and had to resend to another lab. The third pair is still missing as of Day 13.
While waiting in the lobby, one customer came in to complain about her eye sight after getting new lenses; it turns out they put they switched the lenses placing the right lens on the left frame and vice-versa.
Dr. Kirkland is great, but the service and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
