We approached Cory and his staff with a deadline of three weeks-three weeks before hosting a family reunion! We fully anticipated that our desire to finish out our kitchen with custom granite would not be a reality. To make matters worse we lost another week due to setbacks with cabinet delivery. However, Cory reassured us that he could still have our counter top finished before our reunion. They came through with flying colors! Luckily I ran into Cory and Amber of Legacy Stonecraft, they were doing an estimate for our neighbors. I asked them if they could give me one also. My wife had wanted new counter-tops for years now and actually had a sample of something she wanted. We got our estimate then a day or so later Cory dropped off a sample of what he had that thought looked close to the sample my wife had. I also looked at their BBB rating and other reviews. They were the only estimate we actually got but the price was right. We decided to go with them and we're not disappointed. I was referred to Legacy Stonecraft by a granite slab supplier in Austin. I described to the sales representative at the slab supplier a counter-top project we were working on in Montana ? some 1800 miles from Austin. I asked the sales representative for a referral to a fabricator who would break out costs of materials, fabrication and installation and was referred to Legacy Stonecraft. I called Legacy Stonecraft and described the project to Cory Kent who on visiting his facility described to me how and why Legacy Stonecraft was formed. Because managing a project 1800 miles from home is faced with many challenges, we decided to request a competing quote from a local Montana fabricator. My experience, being the first with granite, was very interesting. The owners of the company lead me through the selection process answering all my questions along the way. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and their being personally involved on the job site. The measuring and installation of the granite counter tops occurred without a hitch.
