I called in repeatedly, trying to get them to fax my sons release to his school, so that he would be able to re join the other children in recess and P.E. Every time I was transferred to a voicemail and I left a message explaining I needed this release before my son returns to school from winter break. He got his cast off the week before winter break Winter break ended this week and I called in 3 times, with the same result. No phone call return, No fax sent, and my autistic 5 year old was forced to sit and watch all of his classmates play, not because he was unable, or still hurt, but because simply were too lazy to fax a piece of paper or return my phone call saying why they couldn't. I FINALLY after calling 5 TIMES got to speak with someone who said they would help us, but I am still waiting on any sort of confirmation of that. Bottom line, is my son doesn't understand why hes being punished, and I don't appreciate being ignored. The actual care my son received was great, the doctors were wonderful, its everything after the cast removal that this review is about
