We ordered a Limo from Legacy Limo and on the night of service we were told 30 minutes before Legacy Limo was to arrive that there's a problem with the Limo said it over heated (sure New Limo, low on water). Then Legacy Limo called 10 minute later said they are on the way. Then called back 30 minutes AFTER Legacy Limo was to be here, and said sorry were not coming and just plain canceled, leaving us stranded. Then when we called this lady named Erica she SCREAMED at us because we wanted a refund, Legacy Limo has Lousy customer service, Lied to us telling us the Limo overheated (Later this Erica screamed at us some more and told us it was transmission trouble, amazing there Limo?s have a bad transmission & a bad radiator) Either way their Limos break down, they do not show up and then treat their customers like it was our fault. DO NOT USE LEGACY LIMO; YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID! Missed our Prom, got in an Automobile accident, got lost. ALL BECAUSE of Legacy Limo not showing up as we paid for (in advance), and they still treated us rudely, surly, and will not make right there wrong. Unprofessional, untrustworthy company, Do not trust Legacy Limo with your special occasion we did, and they ruined it for us.
