My kids really like this place. It is small, but we truly enjoy the animals and the outdoor environment. It's an affordable place (compared to movies and other children's activities) and discount day on Wednesday makes it even cheaper at $5.95/kids and $7.95/adults. more

Fun Place for the Kids! 11/3/2009

My kids love this place. You can pet and feed animals and take pony, camel and wagon rides. It is a small park, but they have many cool animals (gibbons, zebras and lemurs). I also highly recommend Pumpkinville in the fall which offers a ton of additional kids activities. more

Fun Place for the Family!!! 8/27/2009

Leesburg Animal Park is a great place to take the family. There are a variety of animals to pet and feed. They also offer pony, camel and wagon rides! They offer discount days during the week if you are looking to save a few bucks. We also attend the fall festival, Pumpkinville, every year which is a fun-filled day for the whole family. more

boycott Leesburg Animal Park 9/16/2008

As a former employ of Leesburg Animal Park I just want to tell people how badly the animals are treated there. Bob and Shirley (the owners) claim to be promoting conservation witch is a lie. They exploit Animals for money , and if it comes to saving an animals life that is injured they would rather put it to sleep to save money. These are there own words animals are expendable. I have heard the words come directly from there mouth several times. And they believe in hitting an animal for undesired behaviors more

Family Fun for Everyone~*~ 8/21/2005

Leesburg Animal Park is such a fun place for all ages. They have some really unique animals. It's a fun place to go and doesn't cost a fortune. Besides the animals, there's pony rides and wagon rides, plus in the Autumn/Fall they have Pumpkinville, we've never been when it's Pumpkinville, so we are looking forward to that this year. The park even hosts birthday parties. more

Small park for small people 8/19/2005

The Leesburg park is a small zoo that has animals like Giant Tortoises, Lemurs, Deers, Emus, Cats and more. Its good for kids because they allow kids to pet and feed the animals and get up close with them. They also have a lot of activities and events taking place all the time. Kids can even go on Pony and wagon rides. The only thing is that I didnt find any bathrooms here! more
