So, I read a lot of reviews and saw the one that says they are rude, so I wasn't sure what I was in for. They were the sweetest people! Everything about my experience was pleasant, and rather than getting involved in expensive reconstruction of my dress, they figured out how to solve my problem for $14. I was expecting way more. I have been to most of the Lee's Tailors when I need a quick hem, etc. I visited the one the other day in Wake Forest, next to Fine. I can't even begin to explain the way I was treated. This women was extremely rude, would not listen to why I was there and what I needed done. She obviously did not want to be there. When I returned to pick up my item, there she was again, and I was hoping she wouldn't be there. Hate to not reccomend b/c of one bad apple b/c Lees Tailor always does quality work. Will never return b/c of this women. I tried calling to get intouch with the owner, but this women will not provide me her telephone number. For the owner whoever you are, if you read this, her name begins with T... and she is not helping your business but hurting it. Sorry! I would recommend this shop to anyone.I am a somewhat proficient seamstress, However, this tailor shop can work miracles ! They did the alterations for both of my daughters bridal gowns and most of the bridesmaid dresses as well as my gown. Very reasonably priced and with more regard to detail than high priced bridal shops ! The gowns were altered with perfection. You are always met with courtesy and a smile. The staff knows what they are doing and are more than helpful. A 5 star business for certain! more
