I stand under five foot tow so everythign I buy needs to be hemmed and shortened. I have been usign Lee's for many years and have nevery had a problem with any of their work. Always done on time and always with a smile. i once tood a pair of pants elsewhere and was giving a pickup date two weeks out1 Said no thanks and went to Lees, ready the enxt day! more

Lee's Tailor Shop at Triangle Town Center should be avoided for your alterations. I purchased a formal dress for my daughter to wear in a pageant for her talent portion and took it to Lee's because of the past service I had received. Well..., this expereince was HORRIFIC!!!! The dress is too short and can never be worn again by her. They orginially hemmed the dress uneven and it was very obvious in her pictures and to the judges. I took it back and after 6 tries of trying to fix it, the dress is now ruin. The only good thing I can say about this was I was refunded my $75.00 for the alteration only after I got ugly about the dress. They will not refund the 150.00 for the dress. It's a joke when they say ""Remember, your satisfaction means our satisfaction, so always feel free to tell us if we're displeasing you in any way."" WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!! more

I took a pair of trousers that I had just purchased to Lee's Tailor Shop to have them hemmed. I stopped in at 7 p.m. (during the Christmas rush) and was quickly measured and on my way. My daughter took her wedding dress there on a Saturday to be hemmed and steamed and by Thursday it was ready. Incredibly fast reliable inexpensive service. This dress was very heavy, with heavy beading and they managed to hem the dress and make it look fabulous. They hemmed it exactly to the length that she specified and it fit perfectly. I know it had to be very difficult to sew and hem this dress as the fabric was very heavy. The dress weighed nearly 50 lbs.\r \r I would highly recommend them to anyone. My daughter was stressed about the wedding and afraid they would not be able to have it ready in such a short time. Other tailors in Raleigh that we called wanted weeks to hem the dress, but they had it ready in less than a week. I would recommend them to everyone and if I have anything that needs tailoring, I will only take it to their shop.
