This is my second year storing at Lees and I can't tell you how much I appreciate EVERY associate there. All are so friendly and helpful. Last week, I got the opportunity to meet the owners, a husband and wife team. Best Facility in the City 11/7/2008

After having my boat in several other storage facilities I can confidently say that this is the best facility in Columbus. Friendly staff that seems to always be around. 24/7 access, great lot with plenty of room to maneuver your boat around. Level of professionalism that you won't find at most storage facilities- evident in their staffs demeanor, terrific new office, and it seems there's always someone there to help sort out any type of issues that might arise. After several "less than perfect" experiences at other lots I'm happy to say that I finally found a facility that I know I'll stay with. Best RV and Boat Storage option in Ohio! 11/7/2008

Lees RV storage is great. Clean, secure, and they have everything you need. Indoor and outdoor storage, 24 hour access, free dump station, propane, water, cleaning, repair (outsourced), and other services. Ed and his family live on-site and are rarely not there. Owners are there on occasion and are pleasant and fair and have their own RV so understand our needs. They also have Budget Truck Rental and Cruise America RV rentals. I have been RVing for years and can't imagine improvements to this business! Pros: Secure, affordable, and everything an RVer needs Cons: Could only be better if it were free more

Not Recommended 10/18/2008

Unpaved dirt and gravel storage lot. Not the worst storage facility you'll ever see, but the potential minuses outweigh the pluses. Most notably, the woman who claims to be the owner is rude, unprofessional, and verbally abusive to customers. You may get lucky and not have to deal with her, but it's not worth possibly being the target of her abuse particularly when there are so many other choices out there. Not recommended.
