I took a class from her at Sur La Tabl' and she made it all seem so simple and delicious. It was called "butter chicken". The ingredients were mostly on hand after you hit the Indian store. We make it so often that I need to go back for more classes to increase my Indian cuisine.
She's very nice, personable. She educated us about the different regions of India and what styles of cooking they have.
I haven't had her cater anything yet but I will one day.
