Wish they were better. I love taking my son here its just when i call about a concern or need advice they never get back to me i had to call 6 times and i still have not talked to anyone. I left message after message but nothing. My son is 2 months old (im a 1st time mommy) and he has not pooped in 2 days i called to see what i could do should i change his formual or give him meds im not sure and i dont like doing anything without asking. but they have not not called back and it is very irritating. JUST WISH THEY WOULD RETURN PHONE CALLLS !! more

The staff is great. My twins were behind in shots because of there last dr. They made sure that they got up to date. There is no long wait to see the dr. They listen to what you have to say. I was very pleased when i started to take my 3 kids there. I tell everyone to take there kids there if they want a really good staff lookin after there kids heath. more

Things have changed 5/26/2010

When Lee-Davis was Lee-Davis and not Bon Secour Lee-Davis, it was awesome! you could contact the office directly. The nurses and doctors always called back. Now the answering service is impersonal and irritating when you want to speak to someone actually IN THE OFFICE! Pros: Great Doctors/nurses Cons: The answering service! more

slow service 9/28/2009

lee davis before it started in its old location were amazing. now that they moved in to a different location, it sort of the service has changed too. when you call and leave a message they will get back with you the next day. its hard when you have small children and you have to wait forever to see your pedia Pros: you can go as walk - ins Cons: but you have to wait 3 hrs to be called more
