I had a great experience with the whole group at Dr. Susan Lee's office! Ed at the front office is so helpful even on the phone before I arrived. Everyone there is very attentive and caring. Julia, her assistant does everything to make you comfortable and at ease. I am quite squirmish with needles going into my gums, but Dr. Lee is the best and I hardly felt anything. I feel sure if I had not found Dr. Lee in Raleigh that I could be in a lot worse shape even with the regular 6 months visits to my dentist. She knows how to really nurture your teeth and gums. more

After visiting 2 dentists in Wilm., NC and being told they could not save my teeth and repair what was there and quotes of $4,000 to do what they wanted to do...I called Dr Lee's office and was greeted by a very patient, understanding receptionist-Ed Harris who assured me Dr Lee would take the time to explain all possibilities and give me her full attention and necessary time. I was in her office the next week and was then greeted and cared for by Julia, Dr Lee's assistant, who made me totally comfortable and hopeful. Dr Lee then explained she could definitely attempt to fix and restore what I wanted done and within 3 hours everything was comfortably fixed and I was not missing more of my teeth and I hadn't any metal placed in my mouth (something the other dentists wanted to do). Finally, I had found a dentist who knew the correlation between what happens in your mouth and your total physical health. My total bill was 1/5th of what I was quoted from the other dentists. So-Raleigh-feel fortunate to have this wonderful, healing dental office in your town. I have no problem driving the 2 hours from Wilm. when I need my next future visit. more

Dr Lee fixed a few cosmetic issues another dentist had no solution for. Our care there has been great. Prompt appointment times, friendly, I'm a patient for life! more

Dr. Lee (and I use that term with the highest respect) is the consummate health professional, who values the well-being and comfort of those under her care above all else. After a few excellent visits... my new primary care dentist. I'm glad the search is finally over. Her personality is a breath of fresh air compared to most dentist offices around here. She was very genuine and attentive during my time in her office. Quite personable and I really felt comfortable in the chair. I do have to admit, I was very impressed by the ease I felt during my visits. Dr. Lee's office is also close to where I live and work in downtown Raleigh, which is a real time saver! Scheduling has been easy and she's got a really great staff too... friendly, intelligent, and sharing. A top shelf experience in my book! Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and comforting. Cons: That all dentists aren't like her. more
