Dermatology, Dermatopathology & Dermatologic Surgery To All Patients: We would like to inform you that on 6/30/14 we will be retiring from our practice of dermatology. However, the office will continue to operate without interruption under the new dermatologist, Dr. Jack Griffith, who will be taking over the practice starting 7/1/14. We believe Dr. Griffith to be a welltrained, caring physician who will look after your needs, and hope that you will be able to place the same confidence in him as you have done in us through the years you have been our patient. We want this transition to be as smooth as possible for all of us, and without interruption in your care. Your health records are secure with the incoming dermatologist. If for some reason you decide to transfer your records, they may be retrieved by you by signing a written authorization. For all services done through 6/30/14 our billing service will continue to bill your insurance companies as before. We request that if any co-pays, co-insurances or deductibles which are due by you are billed to you, please settle those charges without our billing company having to send reminders. For services done on and after 7/1/14, Dr. Griffith will continue to do your billing. We have decided to retire after 26 years of a fulfilling career, and look forward to our continued service to dermatology in ways other than office based practice.
