Worst

PURCHASED A USED CAMARO. VEHICLE AND SALES STAFF WERE GREAT. WAITED 90 MINUTES TO GET INTO FINANCE TO SIGN ALL OF THE DOCS. RIDICULOUS AND NEVER AGAIN.

Not a good experience 3/25/2018

Redmond, WA 2 friends 1 review 1.0 star rating 3/24/2018 Important: it is about sales department, and *not* about service department which is fantastic. But sales department experience we had today with Jesse was awful. which is sad as two previous times we had fantastic transactions and used to recommend this place to friends. We will not recommend it to anyone anymore and I doubt we will ever consider this dealership for purchase another car. Jesse did not respect our time and generally rather consider us as dumb and unprepared customers. He was leaving us alone at desk numerous times, each one for about 15-20 minutes for no apparent reason (because he was still walking around doing nothing as far as we could tell) claiming he "needs to talk to manager". He tried to force us to start filling some financial/purchasing forms way ahead of any sign of agreement on price. He added to price a long list of small items we did not want, like mats and paint protection package (give me a break!) and when we pointed out that we won't need any of it , he claimed that he cannot remove them from the car and he needs "to go out and check if we have a car without these accessories" (really?). Another 20 minutes down the drain. Then he came and said that he does not have a car which we need but probably he can bring it from another dealership. And this will cost another several hundreds. At this point we got tired of this circus and left the place. 2.5 hours of Saturday wasted. Very frustrating. more

Kia Service 8/10/2017

I was given this car as a gift and have only had it serviced here. They have always given me a loaner car because I travel quite a distance to see them. To my surprise and dismay they are now telling me they WILL NOT give me a loaner car because I didn't purchase it from them. Needless to say, I think this is poor service!!! I would have considered buying a new car from Lee Johnson but that is now off the table. I would prefer a dealership that appreciated all of their customers even if the car was not purchased from them. more

poor customer service 2/17/2016

Very poor customer service in the refund department Kylee is very rude Will not help you at all give excuse after excuse. Once they get your money good customer service is out the window. When they owe you they find every excuse not to give you your money back. Don't buy from them. more

The worst Floor Manager EVER!!!! 12/31/2015

I purchased my Sportage at a different dealership, but I always took it to Lee Johnson Kia because their Service department is great. I went to the dealership because I wanted to sell the car. Unfortunately I was greeted by Javier, the rudest and more disrespectful seller I have ever met. He asked me if I wanted to buy a car from them, I told him that I actually wanted to sell mine the next week and then he literally threw his business card and asked me to go back when I was ready. I felt so humiliated and upset that I ended up trading-in my car at a Jeep dealership for much less money. If that man had known how to treat a woman with respect, maybe I would have finished buying another Kia there instead of a brand new Gran Cherokee Limited $45K+ BTW I love my new car very much! more

Great first time buying experience 11/15/2010

We bought our 2011 Kia Soul here and the customer service couldn't have been better. Due to work schedules we always ended up coming into the dealership at night and yet none of the salesmen we talked with seemed unhappy or tired. The worked with us over the phone, through emails, and finally in person to get us the best price available and were always respectful and treated us well. They are very knowledgeable and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends! Thanks Don, Brian, and Payman! more
