Important: it is about sales department, and *not* about service department which is fantastic.
But sales department experience we had today with Jesse was awful.
which is sad as two previous times we had fantastic transactions and used to recommend this place to friends. We will not recommend it to anyone anymore and I doubt we will ever consider this dealership for purchase another car.
Jesse did not respect our time and generally rather consider us as dumb and unprepared customers. He was leaving us alone at desk numerous times, each one for about 15-20 minutes for no apparent reason (because he was still walking around doing nothing as far as we could tell) claiming he "needs to talk to manager". He tried to force us to start filling some financial/purchasing forms way ahead of any sign of agreement on price. He added to price a long list of small items we did not want, like mats and paint protection package (give me a break!) and when we pointed out that we won't need any of it , he claimed that he cannot remove them from the car and he needs "to go out and check if we have a car without these accessories" (really?). Another 20 minutes down the drain. Then he came and said that he does not have a car which we need but probably he can bring it from another dealership. And this will cost another several hundreds. At this point we got tired of this circus and left the place.
2.5 hours of Saturday wasted. Very frustrating.
