After 3 years of services, I was assigned a new advisor named Jamie Richardson. He is very unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. I made an appointment to get my radio fixed. He asked if I really needed to order my parts. Obviously, that was the whole reason of me coming in the first place. He told me that he would call me when the parts arrived. When I did not hear from him, I called to see the status of the radio. However, he informed me that he would keep an eye for it and call me to arrange the radio to be fixed. Much to my surprise, he never called until I called a week later. Finally, when I came in get my radio fixed, I waited for more than 2 hours in a waiting room that was filled with gas fume. Nobody in the service center bothered to clear out the air. After waiting for so long, I was finally told that Jamie Richardson had left for the day without informing me that my car was ready to take home. I find that very irresponsible and unprofessional.
Cons: Service center is below average and not acceptable.
