The first time I went to Dr. Lee, I was impressed - he spent a lot of time with me going over my medical history and he seemed to really listen and care. However, when I went back several times in the next few months, I got a different impression. Dr. Lee could never remember that I have multiple sclerosis and not muscular dystrophy and he always said, "So, you don't have diabetes, right?" when I do! I think it's important for my doctor to know the difference between MS and MD and to remember which I have. I also think he should remember that I am diabetic. I would not have wanted Dr. Lee to have to treat me in an emergency situation. I stopped going to him when his wife tried to sell me some fiber therapy product that was extremely expensive and would not have been covered by insurance.
