First they made it clear that they must be guaranteed full payment before they touched the body. Second they rushed us through setting up the services. Obits in Papers were wrong. Took from August 31st to September 26th to get death certificate. Blamed everyone for problems. Care and compassion were not center of their services. No real bad but not highly reactive to families issues. Would not provide tax ID, but I found it on one of the forms posted on the wall. If you have time to plan, look at both providers in valley.
