Lee Edelstein Pediatrics

Dr Edelstein is an amazing doctor. He is a parent and understands the chalenges that parents have. He is very respectful of your time and does not keep you waiting for ever. He is very knowledgeable and really works with parents to help treat there kids needs ,with out being to aggressive or passive when it comes to medical treatments.\r It's true that they have an answering system but calls are always returned with in the same day you leave a message. His staff is wonderful, they are totally flexible and work with you on getting forms or appoitments in a timely manner. I can always get a same day sick appoitment when I need it. The doctor is also open on Saturdays which most pediatricians don't do.\r \r My girls love the doctors quirky ways and actually look forward to visits with him. If you are in need of a pediatrician, Dr Lee Edelstein is your guy. more

This is a small office with 2 great doctors. I had 3 different people refer them to me. I have 2 children and have never had a problem getting an appointment. I also have not had to wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to referrals and answering questions. The phone number on this listing is incorrect so when you call it, you get Pediatric Associates instead of Edelstein Pediatrics. The correct phone number is 561-357-8993. Would highly recommend this doctor. Pros: You always see the same doctor and they do not rush your visit. Cons: None that I can think of. more

Problems, Problems Problems... the staff is the worst. Always get a voice message, never a real person. Always a long wait in the waiting room.. be prepared to wait. Be prepared to play a lot of phone tag... or maybe just repeat calling for an appointment when your call is not returned. more
