Ordered and billed for a 15amp controller. Received a 5amp controller. It has been over 3 weeks and I still do not have the correct product. Worst costumer service I have encountered with a web order. Although the product is very good, I will be cancelling my order and will not do any additional business with this company based on the very poor costumer service / return policy. more

I was buying different commodities in 2011 and stepped into electronics in 2012, so I haven't had a lot of time dealing with LEDtronics. The few times I have, LEDtronics was prompt about answering inquiries, and were on time or early most of the time. There was only one mistake on a shipment and they are already in the process of correcting it. I think LEDtronics is a good company to work with. They don't have a quality problem, and they generally do a good job. more

Our company makes circuit boards and we had a component we previously bought that failed. After working with a few companies and those not working out, we gave an order to LEDtronics and they jumped through hoops for us. They improved their committed delivery by 2 weeks. They did an excellent job of follow up and made it a good experience for us. They enabled us to make on-time deliveries to our customer. Solar Wind Energy LLC of central PA tested the LEDtronics 19W 12V LED Panel Light for Solar Applications in our prototype "High Performance" Outdoor Pole Light design over the course of all four seasons in central PA. The Panel Light performed "as advertised" and provides an up scale appearance to our outdoor lighting system. We are rolling out our new product with confidence that we have selected the perfect lamp for our application. Great job LEDtronics! more

They are very good. LEDtronics does what they say they are going to do. I have been doing business with them since about 1997. I think the one area that they are still learning about, is working with electrical distributors. I think they are going in the right direction in how they treat their distributors. They should have a price sheet for their current distributors, to make business easier. They have been doing this for so many years. We choose not to do business with all the new comers, that have lower prices, because LEDtronics has better standards. more

Dear Ledtronics, The LED spotlights we purchased from you for installation 40 feet up in an old stone church (where I hope never to go again) are working fine a year later. No infant mortality, and the quality of the light has been a pleasant surprise to the skeptics. (We got the 2700K units.) It took 16 units (PAR 36) to cover the tiny stage, but that has given us shadowless illumination, a pleasant ambiance, and good light for reading music. We are a happy customer. My experience with LEDtronics has been fine, except for when they quoted pricing directly to one of my customers. That's a problem. As a distributor, I can't have that happening. We've had a discussion about that, and everything is fine now and I am continuing to use them. more

LEDtronics have a really good mix of quality products. I also think the customer service is good. Over the years I've been working with them with sales there have been no problems or issues. I think working with a local representative is key. I've been using them for about 20 years now. We have an ongoing relationship with them, and I will continue to use them. more

I work in sales for my company and we use a lot of the products from LEDtronics. They go into the buildings in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I've been doing business with LEDtronics for five years, and kept going back to them because they were very responsive and worked really hard to make a good service. LEDtronics has been a supplier of ours for a few years now. They have just about everything in LED lamps. They were, in the past, ahead of the curve on the LED market because they were the only game in town with quality. Now with new competitors, their prices seem to be above the market prices. It is harder to make money selling their stuff. I like the people there though. They are helpful and provide adequate service for our needs. We are working on a big project with them right now. RESPONSE FROM LEDtronics: FSG has been a a good customer / distributor for LEDtronics for the past couple of years. During that time there have been numerous products flooded into the US market place from overseas that may or may not perform at the same long term level that the LEDtronics products do. LEDtronics has been engineering, designing and manufacturing LED products for almost 3 decades right here in the USA. In doing so we are not only maintaining but also creating new jobs for citizens of the USA. Obviously the labor rates here in the USA are higher than those from overseas thus causing the pricing of our products to be higher. LEDtronics continues to strive to reduce costs through less complicated designs, more efficient manufacturing methods, asset management and any other method we can introduce without effecting the overall quality and long life of our products. We know that we are not going to be able to compete with off shore pricing but feel that providing a quality product combined with quality service from right here in the USA should be worth something when FSG is reselling our products to end users. more

The shipment from LEDtronics came out quickly. The initial warrenty was not handled perfectly, but that is the only thing I had a problem with. Overall contact was great. They were very helpful, especially the sales team. The knowledgeable and flexible salesman Robert Russel really help us with a job we had at a hospital. Mike Stonebreaker more

The technology LEDtronics has is very good. They provide the necessary information to show that their technology is the best. Also, they always seem to be willing to resolve any issues that come up and are their reliability is great. I will continue to use them in the future. more
