Leblanc Joy Paul MD

I am a little curious about what kind of track record Dr. LeBlanc has for inducing labor and C-sections. I have never been a patient of hers, and have heard that she is very loving and kind, but 3 of her patients happen to be members of my family and friends. It appears there is a lot of inductions and c-sections scheduled under Dr. Leblanc's care. One person was induced 2 weeks before the due date, with no complications. Another, 1 week before the due date with no complications. Both were told that their baby was going to be very large. Neither baby weighed more than 6.5 pounds at birth. I have also heard mention of her being "already booked up" when trying to choose a date to schedule an induction. Just wondering if anyone else has heard this about Dr. LeBlanc. more

Dr. Leblanc is the kindest and gentlest OBGYN's I have ever been to. She wasn't able to deliver my first baby but she called several times from her conference to check on our progress. She and the Dr. that did deliver our daughter listened to what we wanted and were very gentle when telling me that further action may need to happen. It was a wonderful experience especially after being in labor for 30+ hours. The experience wasn't as bad as it could have been! more

If your anything like me you really dread these type of doctor appointment's. But with Dr LeBlanc you won't. She is so nice and gentle. Her staff treats you like you are best friend's. Dr. LeBlanc talks to you like your sitting and drinking coffee together not doctor and patient. You will not have a problem returning for future visits with her. I have never had a gynecologist make me feel so comfortable about being there. more
