Lebanon Valley Modular Homes

My parents bought a home through Lebanon Valley homes. The maker of the home is Eagle River Homes. The two companies have got to the the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Believe me, I have dealt with some real losers. They have the worst customer service EVER! From the older woman who answers the phone, no names, who is so rude. Probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life on down to getting warranty work done. They continually pass the buck between the seller, the manufacturer and the contractors. No one takes responsibility for the shabby work that was done and then they have the nerve to be absolutely rude to you when you ask for them to hold up their end of the agreement. I am telling every one I know to NEVER deal with this company. EVER. You would be better off living in a cardboard box than to deal with these incompetent fools.\r As a matter of fact, I did a review about both places (Lebanon Valley Homes and Eagle River Homes) and a post similar to this on their Facebook pages and they deleted them. Proof, that if they really were not about satisfying their customers, they would have contacted me to see what they could do to retain me as a customer or how they could remedy the problem after reading a poor review from a customer. \r Buyer beware, don't ever deal with Lebanon Valley Homes or Eagle River Homes. more

we purchased a home in 1997 from here had no problems, until 5 yrs later when my husband had to replace the entire master bathroom. The wall where the shower was had leaked for 3 yrs. and to our surprise when he gutted the bathroom, there was mold , its been replaced with all new since, I wouldn't purchase another home from here more

PLEASE BEWARE of DALE Jr and his friendly up front customer service. I was told by many to stay away from LEBANON VALLEY MOBILE HOMES because of Dale Jr but i didn't listen. (STUPID ME) The guy is a BIG LIAR and a FAKE!!! When i went in to sign the paperwork and pick out the colors for our home i was told a price of $59,900.00 wasn't for the home i thought i was getting for the past two weeks. He then said to my girlfriend and i along with his sales lady Beth ( very nice lady ) that we could have the house i thought i was originally getting for the same price. We picked everything out and the next morning he called and gave me a price of $68,900.00. When i questioned the higher price he told us that he never promised us that home for the same price of $59,900.00. PLEASE BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!! more

A MAN IS AS GOOD AS HIS WORD...THAT SAYS ALOT FOR DALE(JEFF)JR.YINGST,AND ALL HIS EMPLOYEES..ALL SOUNDED GOOD TILL I SIGNED THE CONTRACT THEN HE TRIED TO INTIMATE ME THEN BULLY ME..THE PEOPLE WHO HE HAS WORKIN FOR HIM WERE IGNORANT AND SLOPPY.THEY DID THE MINAMAL, PROMISED THINGS THAT WEREN'T DONE...GETTING A NEW HOME SHOULD HAVE BEEN A JOY AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE .HE IS FAR FROM A RESPECTABLE BUISNESS MAN.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM LEBANON VALLEY HOMES!!!!!!! more

Bought my home from Lebanon Valley because of initial Customer Service, after sale...well that's another story. Home delivered almost 2 months after promised date, no follow-up. Have to call them to get information, they never call you. Electric all messed up, smashed pieces, unfinished parts of home, always had an ""excuse"" why, but still never fixed....too many horrible things to mention. Quality of home (Colony Home) is horrible compared to what I paid. Dale Jr. (Sales rep) is a joke, lies through his teeth, promises you everything, delivers nothing. I'ts been 5 months and home still not right. Very unhappy with this Company - very unhappy with home. Don't buy here, no matter how nice they are up front. You will regret it. Pros: Good Customer Service on initial visit - that's it Cons: No Customer Service after that - no follow up received after they get your money. Anything they tried to fix was half A _ _! or ""rigged"" to work. more

They did not complete a project on-time - electricity was wired improperly - plumbing did not meet codes - horrible customer service. more
