I have had many bad experiences with my child at other centers and in home childcare. Nothing compares to this center. This center is top notch. The teachers care about each and every child. They respect that every child is different and unique in their own way. If I ever have any concerns and the teacher is not available to talk the office staff is more than happy to help. I will be bringing my second child there shortly. more

Where do I start. We had our daughter at The Learning Bee from 6 weeks to 10 months. We've had a myriad of difficulties from a ""lost"" cash payment that we were never reimbursed for, staff not prepared the first day we brought in our daughter (they apparently weren't notified she was coming), several instances where we had to hunt down someone in the morning so our daughter could be watched because both Infant rooms were empty, two occassions where staff went much too far is ""diagnosing"" our child instead of adhering to the recommendations of our pediatrician, and us coming in and finding our daughter ALONE, crying in the middle of the floor with no staff in sight. We would have let all that slide without writing a review, but then the center wrote an email a week before we were scheduled to move our daughter to another place (because despite our constant complaints, nothing was done) that they were kicking her out. No notice, nothing. Despite the fact that we adhered to their 4 weeks leave rule (we gave them 6 weeks to plan). When I told her it was unfair that they give us one day's notice after we gave them 6 weeks, the OWNER replied that she didn't care. Now what kind of person does that?! more

When this place opened it was amazing. The teachers were great, the administration were wonderful. Almost 2 years later it is night and day from before. The director left, and they filled in with someone with no experience directing. The office staff often makes it seem like they are being bothered when you stop in to talk to them about a concern or a question. The teacher turn around is the worst I have ever seen. That place has a rotating door for teachers and they come and go weekly. This makes the classrooms very inconsistent. You never know who is going to be teaching and aiding in your class. This also makes it very hard on the children, who need consistency. The atmosphere feels very tense and you can just tell the workers are unhappy with how they get treated and shuffled around. The owner/director is hardly there and the other director is so busy trying to fill classrooms with teachers and referee the drama she isn't always available. I really wish this place would step up, get someone in who knows how to manage a daycare and can get it running the way it used to run. It is a real shame that so many great teachers walked out the door because they couldn't take the drama there anymore. Steer clear from this place until they get their act together- you don't want to make your child suffer for this place's inability to run itself. OH and half the pictures on their website aren't even of their kids or building - they are stock photos. Weird Pros: Nice building, nice playground, Cons: teacher turn around, management, DRAMA more

The Learning Bee isn't a good choice in childcare centers to take your children to. There are a ton of things that have been let go that shouldnt have been. The office staff and owner treat the employees terrible for all that that do. Communication is horrible, between office staff, paretns, and teachers. The children are not the first priority, which since its a childcre center children should be first priority. I have never seen such an unorganized childcare center ever. more
