In college I needed renters insurance, and this company was willing to work with me. They were quick and had fair rates. We had no problems setting up a policy. And no problems maintaining the policy. The office staff is very kind and always willing to answer a question. They never blew me off like some other companies in town. Called me right back if they were in the middle of something. Definitely recommend this company.
