We have used Leading Edge on many occasions over various issues and they are amazing - very reasonable for the quality of work done. We never feel like they are trying to sell us on more than we actually need and everything is always nice a clean and tidy when they leave. Would recommend them to anyone looking for plumber they can trust. more

LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter responded to our questions and did everything they said they would. We had bought a new house and the plumbing had been clogged, but by the afternoon they were done with the work. From the diagnostics with computer technology to the end everything turned out fine. They are very kind competent with what they do. more

LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter is very responsive. I've been using them for a couple years and they've always been able to keep me in the loop with everything. The last time that I used them, they replaced a sprinkler head on our kitchen sink and did a great job. They're prompt, professional, and courteous. more

Pleasant and trouble free! 10/24/2014

Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter installed a gas line to a fire place in my house. Everything turned out okay, but I wish the routing of it would have been different for a cleaner look. I'm still happy with their service. They are honest, efficient and willing to adapt. I plan on using them again with no hesitation. more

Best plumbing experience I've had! 10/3/2014

I called LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter and they were able to come right away since one of the plumbers was in my area. It was unbelievable! He diagnosed the problems right away and was able to explain them to me and fix them promptly. He was really nice and cleaned up everything well at the end. The price was what we agreed upon and I was just delighted that everything was resolved easily. He fixed a regulator mainline, replaced a special faucet in my shower that required him to go to a certain plumbing store to get what he needed, and also installed a new faucet in my bathroom sink. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and would give them the highest ratings across the board. I will definitely be calling them now on for my plumbing needs. more

Positive and negative 10/2/2014

LeadingEdge Plumbing & Rooter installed some toilets and partially fixed some leaky pipes under the sink. The reason I gave them three stars is because I need them to come back but I'm afraid they might overcharge me. The leak is actually behind the wall and I need a plumber but I feel if I call LeadingEdge, they might charge me too much. When installing the three toilets, one didn't fit so they went and got another toilet. They then charged me an extra two-hundred dollars to pick it up which was ridiculous. One of the guys from LeadingEdge also did some other work installed a water heater. He also did a lot of custom things that was above what he quoted. He made a lot of effort in his repairs but I think he tried to charge for the extra work by overcharging the pickup of the toilet. more

They worked very hard 9/8/2014

The work was very good. They worked all day and later than they thought. There was only one problem: when they were under the house, they moved dirt away to get to the sewer line, and they didn't put the dirt back. Other than that they were very good. They cleaned up well, they were very nice and helpful, and they answered all questions we had. more

Very Professional & Efficient 8/1/2014

We had a serious unexpected clogging in our outdoor sump pump which prevented us from using ANY plumbing. we called around for two days until I was referred to Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter. I called and they came out immediately and gave a FREE estimate. We were like most people, we did NOT have plumbing as part of our budget but, we went with Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter and not only did they have the BEST prices they were willing to work with us.
