I have had a sign from Leading Edge Displays for about 8 months. It has increased the visibility significantly. People have commented on it and it has increase my practice's awareness in the community.
Here is my story:
My sign was malfunctioning approximately a week or two prior to Memorial Day Weekend and the part that was sent to fix it was not being installed correctly by the local contracted installer. I called Leading Edge Display's on call number on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. To my surprise, the Owner of the company John Anderson called me personally. I explained the situation and he rerouted his support technician, Cameron, from South Carolina to Tampa overnight. Cameron fixed the sign and it has functioned properly. I have complete confidence in Mr. Anderson's desire and ability to service his clients. He has left me his personal cell phone number and he has asked me to call him personally with any issues in the future.
