Leading Edge Display has NO costumer service! We have had our sign at the restaurant for a little over a year. Everything was fine until the sign lost connection to the computer. I called the costumer service number to try to fix the error over the phone. After talking with the service tech for a while we figured out that our software and equipment needed to be updated already. So they told us they would order the parts and get us what we needed byt he middle of the next week. Cool our sign would be down a couple days, WRONG! They never called us back to tell us the status of the equipment coming in so the middle of the next week I called to figure out when they were coming. This is where it begins... the service tech was not available to talk to. ""He would call us back."" OK... so I waited a couple days for the call back and then called again, Still he was not available. This continued to happen until I started calling everyday with no response ever. So I turned this issue over to my boss. He called them using one of our other restaurants names and got right through to the service tech. FUNNY. Then he tried to figure out why they were ignoring us. They appologized and said they would fix the issue. A week goes by and now they aren't answering my boss' calls either. So we try nother route.. we are going to ""buy"" another sign so we can talk to a rep and we get through again and talk to the supervisor. The supervisor appologizes, gives us his personal number and promises us he will get the issue fixed. HA! We call the ""personal number"" and now he no longer answers that number and he doesn't have his voicemail set up. I wonder how many angry customers they get that they don't set up their voicemails. Needless to say it has been over three months and our sign is still down. We were willing to pay the $410 that they told us it would cost to get the new upgrades, they just don't have good enough customer service to pick up the phone and call their customers. Leading Edge Display is NOT a recommended company. be careful when purchasing from them! The sign might look nice but you will get NO help if it goes down. There are more sign companies in Houston... I recommend not using this one! more

Leading edge display has great LED signs. I can't imagine anyone not being happy with their sign. I've been looking a long time for an LED sign and decided getting it from leading edge displays for 3 main reasons: Quality, a lot of experiences in the LED industry and great technial support. more

I have had a sign from Leading Edge Displays for about 8 months. It has increased the visibility significantly. People have commented on it and it has increase my practice's awareness in the community. Here is my story: My sign was malfunctioning approximately a week or two prior to Memorial Day Weekend and the part that was sent to fix it was not being installed correctly by the local contracted installer. I called Leading Edge Display's on call number on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. To my surprise, the Owner of the company John Anderson called me personally. I explained the situation and he rerouted his support technician, Cameron, from South Carolina to Tampa overnight. Cameron fixed the sign and it has functioned properly. I have complete confidence in Mr. Anderson's desire and ability to service his clients.
