Not a fan. Called to confirm my appointment on November 21, 2011 for my wedding cupcakes. They let me know they were closing for the holidays, including my wedding day, December 27, 2011. They didn't call when they made this decision to let me know so I could find an alternate baker. I guess they were just going to wait until it popped up on their calendar? Good thing I called. more
