I recently moved to a home with an outside oil tank. I have not had oil heat in the better part of 10 years, at which time I had a pretty handy husband, not to mention the oil tank was in the basement. \r

My new home however, has been problem after problem it seems. The condensation in the pump froze first due to me running out of oil. The repair man was here within a couple of hours and had me in a heated home within the hour. I loved him!\r

Yesturday I had a faulty valve, called them up, they were here within the hour, and again I was in a heated home in under and hour, again I love them.\r

This morning when I left for work it was working great, Recieved a phone call saying we had no heat again. Called LePrevost again, and once again they were here in under 2 hours. This time it took about 3 and half hours to re-establish heat in my home. The problem was a whole lot of ice in my lines and tank. Well tempuratures reached minus 10 degrees last night. They called me at work every step of the way, kept me informed of the progress they were making and informed of how much it was costing me. Typically they are a COD company, however due to the extreme cold and the fact that I was at work, they left me a bill and 10 days to pay considering it was very costly. The lovely repairman even left us with tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Love him!\r

So, if you need an excellent, professional, fast responding, and carring company, CALL LEPREVOST PLUMBING! They are awesome, quick and very knowledgable of what is going on. My only negative remark is about their HUGE hourly fee, but trust me when I tell you, you get exactly what you pay for, EXCELLENCE!\r
