We have had the good fortune to dine at this delightful establishment on a number of occasions in the past few years. Without exception, the atmosphere, service, and cuisine exceeded our very highest expectations. For the appetizer, the mussles were delicious; the french onion soup was better than any we've had; As for the salad course, both the artichoke salad and the pear and roquefort were perfectly dressed and very tasty; for the main meal, the vegetarian option of pumpkin gnocci with leeks was rich and very satisfying, and the chicken dish was perfectly cooked--tender and extremely tasty. Dessert of apple crepes was to die for. Throughout, the service was impeccable and not at all stuffy. The atmosphere really is one of a bistro--contemporary, casual, and never lacking in elegance. Treat yourself to a fine meal at Le Pommier--you will not be disappointed!
