I have been going to Priti for facials and brow waxing/threading for over a year now. I have been very pleased with Priti's professionalism and knowledge of her work and products. I have had many compliments on my skin and I attribute that to Priti's facials. She knows what works best for my skin. Having gone to plenty of places to try out getting bikini waxes or brazilians I finally went to Shapes Salon and Spa and there I found Priti. She's not only very personable to be around and knows what she's talking about, but she also delivers the most pain-free methods that are also better for your skin in that delicate an area. Not that a brazilian will be pain free but I couldn't imagine going to anyone else and dealing with the improper waxes that they use for the different areas. European training is definitely the best. :) You won't be sorry going to see her. more

When I met Priti my eyebrows were a mess. Over tweezed / waxed and uneven. After she explained the threading process to me, I agreed to let her ""thread"" them. So I let my eyebrows grow in which was not easy to do. It took a couple of times for them really take shape, but they did and today I am very happy with the shape and look. She is extremely informed about her skin care products (Skin Ceuticals). The facials are a very soothing experience and the products I now use at home are great. This spa is the only spa I even consider going to. Priti Patel does the best job I have ever encountered. Honestly, with these prices, it's silly to go anywhere else. I always leave relaxed and with my next appointment already booked. I've always been happy with the results. Located in a small business center across from South Park Mall, its convenient location is easy to get to. The first time it was a little hard to find, but that was only because of how eager I was to get there. I recommend Priti to all my friends and it only makes sense that I would recommend it to everyone else also. So run, don't walk to Le Petit Spa!! When I first met Priti, I was getting my hair cut at Shapes Salon. I needed to get my eyebrows done, so I made at appt after my hair. Priti was the one who my appointment was with, and she came out and was so nice, and outgoing, it was like talking to a old friend! She convinced me to try and threading instead of waxing, and explained all the pros and cons of both. I went for the threading, and it was the best experience! It did hurt a little while threading, but there is no redness, and no bumps afterwards! I was amazed. I would definitely recommend trying it!\r \r During this whole process, I had told Priti that I had always thought about a brazilian, but never had one done. She told me all about it, and how GREAT they are. As any woman, I was a little self conscious, and she assured me there is nothing to worry about, and that I just had to try it, just once, and if I didnt like it, it was no big deal. At this point Shapes had shut down, and Priti had opened her own salon. I followed her over there, and was so excited to see she had her own place!! \r \r I went to the new salon for my brazilian, and was SO nervous. When you walk into Priti's salon, it feels so cozy, just like you are at home. Totally different from the atmosphere outside the room. Priti made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Before I knew it, it was over, and I will definitely go back! \r \r Not only is Priti a great esthetician, she treats you like a friend, not just her client. When I look for a hair dresser - I look to see if he/she has good hair. I found her - Elizabeth - and she works in the Sola Salon which is off of Fairview across from Nordstrom's. \r \r Just across the hall, my hair dresser introduced me to Priti. From the first minute of meeting Priti - her wonderful energy and professionalism was apparent. Also, she has awesome eyebrows. \r \r As a client, Priti's space is adorable, relaxing and clean. I appreciate her honesty, experienced hand and willingness to teach new techniques. Priti at Le Petit Spa is top notch and Sola Salon is a great way to consolidate services as well as save time. \r \r Pros: Pros - Priti is the Pro! Since re-locating from Detroit three years ago, it was difficult finding an esthetician. I have been to the big spas and salons in Charlotte and there is noone better than Priti. She really understands the products she uses and how the products will work for the individual. While located in a fantastic location known as the Azalea/or old Dupont building in South Park, this spa is the best in the area. I have been to several in the charlotte area who offer comprable services with less than satisfactory sanitary standards and poor customer service. Priti's prices are right for the exceptional service she provides. All though all services at Le Petit Spa are wonderful, Im partial to eyebrow threading. She does the threading using both hands rather than putting one end of the thread in her mouth. Its amazing and does not get any more sanitary than that. Her knowledge of the skin is vast and she will give you an honest consultation. I recommend ladies and gentleman alike.......get there!!!!!! Priti Petal of Le Petit Spa is one of Charlotte's best kept secrets! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the skinceuticals skin care line she doesn't lie about the anticipated results. She is very easy to work with...she actually LISTENS to what your needs are and doesn't try to over sell you with products that you don't need. I've been her client now since April 2010 after my first service with Shapes Day Spa of Charlotte, NC in March (which closed shop the day after). I was very concerned when I learned that Shapes had closed because I couldn't get in contact with the specialist who serviced me as I had just spent over $600 on products and a facial and was very unhappy with the initial results. It wasn't until l met Priti who reviewed all of my previous services, educated me on the proper skin care for my skin and addressed my concerns that I not only continue using skinceuticals, but also became her newest and most faithful client. I am a green eyed, 27 year old lightskinned African American with warm tones. My skin concerns (as everything shows up) were mild acne, hyperpigmentation from old acne scars, birth control use and ingrown hairs. Priti prescribed a simple cleansing and hyperpigmentation routine to fade the discoloration along with regular bimonthly facials and threading...the end results: After month 1 (May) the ingrown hairs began thinning and my acne cleared up with less breakouts. After month 2 (June) the old acne scars began fading noticeably. Currently (July) I have little to no new acne, very light thin hairs and the acne scars are almost clear. For me this has been a huge progression as I have tried EVERYTHING!!! Proactive, Clinique, Murad, Wexler, Loreal, Biore, SKII, Noxema, Clean & Clear, Carol's Daughter...you get the point. Skinceuticals when used correctly as prescribed by a professional WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT will yield awesome results. I used to always go to all different people to get my eyebrows waxed until I went to Priti when she worked at Shapes Salon. She made me feel so comfortable and did such a wonderful job I started to go only to her and would recommend her to anyone. \r I have been seeing Priti for threading and facials for about a year and my skin looks noticably better. Not only does she do an amazing job while I am at the salon, she also taught me how to take care of my skin at home. \r I use to dread going to get my eyebrows waxed, but the threading Priti does makes it so quick, painfree, and inexpensive.
