My husband and I stayed the night at Le Pavillon as part of a romantic weekend. We both were very delighted at the atmosphere. I was greeted by Albert when we arrived who walked us in and showed us to the front desk. From the front desk, another bellman took us up to our room and showed us around. Each time I called (the front desk, room service, etc.), I was greeted by my name. The hotel was filled with antiques and artwork which take your breath away. The room was extremely comfortable - from plenty of pillows on the bed to crystals for your bath. The pool and hot tub is situated on the rooftop allowing you to have an excellent view of New Orleans. Each night from 10 - 11 p.m. you can enjoy complimentary peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with hot chocolate. I feel the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and they succeeded.
