When I first placed my order, I got a call the next day, of course they were nice on the phone, because I had left some information on my credit card out. Gave them information and didn't hear from them for a month. I emailed them and they said it was being shipped the following day, never received my order, but they did take my money out the day after I ordered. They never answer the phone number or call you back after leaving a message and after emailing them time and time again, they sent me a very nasty email back. I will never ever do business with this pathetic company again. They take your money and do not send you your merchandise. Then when you call or email looking for your order they get nasty. Do Not Oder From Them!! more

I placed an order online on August 9, 2013. Since I didn't get a shipment yet or heard any communication since I paid in full for this order, I called and emailed to see where the shipment was at (12 days later). This was the response that I received: ""It will ship to you today. Sorry for the delay…we are running a day or two behind schedule."" -- I think they forgot about me, as I find it suspicious within minutes of me emailing them--I get a shipment noticed. If you order from them, don't expect any communication on shipment and note their restocking fee (otherwise I would have canceled the order if there wasn't a 10-25% restocking fee)--I got another email as follows after I stated that I think I was forgotten about: ""No, you did NOT have to “remind me”, nor did we “forget about your order”. I pulled it out of the stack of boxes to be SURE that it shipped today. You just sent an email to me...how in the world do you think we could have filled it, boxed it and put postage on it in less than a minute? If you’d like, I’ll pull it off the mail cart and give you refund, but please do not have an attitude with me. You are completely incorrect about what you just said. I have apologized to you and that’s all I can do.""\r \r Needless to say I will not be placing another order with them ever again. more

Just saved myself some grief 1/31/2012

After the way I was treated by just asking questions, I would never, EVER order from this company, EVER! The nasty, rude, condescending tone from the very beginning has been enough for me to be willing to pay much more for the same product elsewhere so as to avoid dealing with people like these. If this is how they treat all their customers, I can't imagine they have much business. more
