Used to be Great. 4/28/2010

This restaurant used to be great. When we moved to Greenwich 17 years ago, this was the place we wanted to go for great food. We always considered it a treat. Pros: Nice decor Cons: Too many to name more

Very pricey for average French bistrot food, clunky service 11/30/2009

The food was average for French bistrot fare, though the oysters (the bartman finally brought our second half-dozen oysters -- we had oredered a dozen -- after a request, halfway through our entree) were very fresh and good. Pros: Decent oysters Cons: Menu and drink price more

A foodies take 3/4/2008

We went to eat here based upon some good reviews, and it being walking distance to our house. It was a dire mistake. Cons: Price, decor, service, horrible food more

Expremely expensive for bad food and service! 2/19/2008

The food was more expensive than what I get in NYC. The host was a typical french snob and rude and the food was disgusting! Not worth it! Cons: where should I start? food is awful, service is the worst! more

Avoid this place, the owner is a prejudist!!!! 2/14/2008

My fiance and I went on Valentine's Day for a special dinner. As soon as we walked in, the owner offered us a table in the bar area. I refused and told him that I wanted to sit in the main dining area and he had a waiter escort us to the back of the restaurat where it was freezing cold. I told the waiter that I wanted to sit in the main dining area and the waiter was very accommodating. I am Asian American and I've noticed as I was having dinner that another Asian couple walked in, and the owner escorted them to the back when there were two-table seats in the main dining area. And worst of all, the food was awful and super expensive. The french onion soup tasted worse than Campbell soup and the filet mignon had a rubbery texture. YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY !!! Pros: nothing Cons: The owner is extremely rude and a prejudist more

Definately Recommend 3/7/2004

This very french Bistro lives up to its location. The food was wonderful, and so was the authentic French service. The cost was very reasonable considering it's located in such an affluent town. Would and will be going back soon. Kris from Stamford, CT Pros: Delicous, Great Service, Reasonable more
