After experiencing multiple hair stylists while transitioning from style to style throughout the years, I have finally found Vanessa, a consummate professional and expert in the field of total hair care. From commencement to conclusion, Vanessa provided superb service in a beautiful environment of peace and pampering. Excellence in Hair and Customer Care 12/19/2011

My daughter and I have been customers of Vanessa for over a year now and our hair is healthier than it has ever been. Deciding to go natural terrified me in the beginning, but being such a professional, Vanessa gave me the pros and cons and the pros far outweighed the fears. I am new to the Fayetteville area. I was looking for someone who is in to great hair care and I found her. I made an appointment with Vanessa. The process for appointments was easy and convenient with the Genbook. Vanessa was great. I already know she is going to be the one that we will be with 10 years from now. There are alot of hairdressers in the world but not everyone is into haircare. Vanessa is into both and I m very blessed to have found her. more

Excellent Service 5/20/2011

My hair is beautiful, and my husband reinforced this fact when he saw me for the first time after I came home from the salon. The look in his eyes and the smile on his face when he saw me was priceless. He was truly delighted! Ms. Vanessa has been my stylist for years, and she has never steered me in the wrong direction for new ideas for my hair. She recently just put color in my hair, and I must say she is an EXPERT when it comes to color. I absolutely love my color!!!!! My hair has been so much healthier since going to her salon, and it has been growing like a weed! I have not had a hairstylist in a very long time and have been giving myself at-home relaxers. I went to Vanessa this week and my hair has never felt or looked so wonderful. Healthy hair 10/21/2010

When I started going to Vanessa 4 yrs ago my hair had been badly damaged by blow drying perms and in addition I had several "color" including green in my hair. Vanessa made me feel so comfortable and she was and continues to be so professional and knowledgeable about maintaining healthy hair. Vanessa is really my "hair doctor" and I appreciate her skillful professional style. more
