Le Chien Etc

The review by ""think"" is total crap. The outside kennels are in case of an earthquake. Buffy adores dogs and would never be mean in any way. My two Shih Tzus are crazy about her. I think Le Chien has some of the best groomers I've seen. My dog would *run* to get inside the door and greet her 'friends.' They are highly skilled and knowlegable. My dog has always been gently treated and her skin problems completely cleared up. They do take a little longer, but they dry the dogs on the table instead of in a cage and use forced air dryers instead of heat dryers (much safer for dogs). They go the extra mile for you. I used to show dogs, so I'm picky and do know what good grooming is. more

On Saturday I took my dog to Le Chien . I picked him up after 5 hours of him being there. I drove up to see that they had cages in the back in a fenced in area by an auto shop that was working on cars with fumes in the air of gas and smog. I shook it off and said nothing. Then while I was waiting for Buffy (lady who at front desk) to bring my dog, when I over heard her yelling at a little dog and told him to get in the F..King cage. I still tried to not think negative. After arriving home I was loving on my dog I saw not only did they burn him on the neck and took off the skin. I also found burns on legs with the razor. The worst part is they didn't even tell me. I called them to request a refund. They gave me a alot of attitude, and got very defensive . Then proceeded to tell me that my dog was no longer welcomed at Le Chien. I spoke to Buffy the girl who runs the place, ""What does that have to do with you burning my dog?"" Needless to say I got my refund. I took my dog to the vet. to get antibotics and stuff for his cold he got at LE CHIEN. \r BEWARE OF LE CHIEN!!! more
