Worst

It is very slow and many error messages. Not responsive. In order to save your sub contractors time and effort, use Elation Systems, it is way better than LCP Tracker

LCPtracker can occasionally have high-call volume days where it is hard to get through to customer service. However, in my multiple years of using the system, I have only had positive experiences getting assistance from technical support.\r Regarding the software, it is very easy to use and has made my administrative duties much simpler. I would definitely recommend! more

Terrible program with even worse customer service reps. They only have one person at technical support for numerous states. I would never recommend. more

LCP Tracker is the worst. 1/8/2009
