We were looking for something fun and different to do in LBI this memorial day weekend. Someone at the surf shop suggested we go parasailing. We decided to choose LBI Parasail because they seemed to be the most experienced and had the newest boat & equipment. None of us had ever done anything like this before, so we were a bit nervous. The guys on the boat were great they were very professional. We could not have had a better time. It was so much fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. more

I had the most amazing time parasailing with LBI parasail. I was in LBI for the summer and went parasailing with them often. I took everyone that I knew and everyone loved it. The staff was amazing. I live on a island and have seen plenty of parasailing companies. After being around for the summer I got to know the staff a little. I think the post calling them unreliable was very unfair and not very understanding. The owner actually was shut down for the summer and tried opening back up for them. He could have just said no, we are closed, but he didn't. Something was wrong with the boat and he tried fixing it through the night just for this one family. He had a mechanic out there with him at 4am and started calling the family around 6 or 7am, because he could just not get it fixed. It was unfortunate but the owner and staff really tried and did everything they could for this one family, who is so rued with their post. Really really unfair and really not understanding at all. The staff of LBI parasail works 7am until dark seven days a week and was willing to extend the time of season for those people. That's the kind of awesome crew LBI parasail is. I recommend them to anyone! O and not to mention the most safe with over 10 years experience and no problems. If you want to have a good time with an amazing staff, go parasailing with LBI parasail. more

We came out to LBI just outside of the summer season -Sept 14-21. So we knew a few things might be unavailable at this time. However, when calling the employees at LBI Parasail, we were told the boat was being painted -and would be ready for a trip out Saturday. We then confirmed our reservation for that day -bringing CASH (as requested) for 5 people -also known as highly illegal to take in in the state of New Jersey. We reached the docking area at Barnegat Light, only to find a voicemail left for us earlier that morning we hadn't seen -effectively CANCELLING our trip due to a missing part??? ( did we mention the sounds of glass beer bottles rattling in the background..) Sad to say, we were all disappointed, and would have appreciated more advanced notice. We then called a few marina's trying to find a back up for the day, and spoke to a man who suggested the same LBI parasail -we told him we had been ditched, and his reply was, ""TYPICAL"". more
