A gf of mine told me about this place. She has been gluten free her whole life and was so happy to find a place where she can have fried chicken. I gave up gluten 6 months ago with the recommendation of my doctor. It has been longer since I have had anything that was deep fried. I am not protesting that the food is cooked in the healthiest way possible, but for those who maintain a GF lifestyle, this is the best place for a treat. They have not changed their recipe in 70 years, and they have never used wheat, rye or barley flower. There are 4 things on the menu that must not be ordered if you are GF, but the rest is fair game! I was so happy to have onion rings and mozzarella sticks again!
