I had been a patient at this practice for several years and received very good care and treatment from the medical staff. The office staff has botched my appointments, refused to let me talk to the office manager, been curt and dismissive when signing in for appointments, not returned 5 phone calls to date to make payment on my account, added past-dated charges on my account, intercepted personal and confidential correspondence with my physician, and discharged both me and my wife when we tried to resolve billing problems.
