I would not recommend anyone shop this store online. They do not check their computer for orders. I had to call them and then they made it my fault for not calling them to start ...

I would not recommend anyone shop this store online. They do not check their computer for orders. I had to call them and then they made it my fault for not calling them to start with. When the flowers were delivered they were a day late and the order was wrong ( no balloons), they tried to make the recipent feel like it was her fault she didn't get her order on time. I had given special delivery instructions both online and when I called later. My order was not only late but wrong and when I talked to the manager, he did not try to make it right. These people may be good to people they know, but if you want to send flowers within the Lawrenceburg area, choose another online flower business. more
