I wanted to buy the Nikon D200 and called in late February, I spoke with Paul, the OWNER who said he had several on order and would call me as soon as they came in. I called the middle and end of March, because I had not received a call. Only 3 calls total over a 6 week period! Paul said "DON'T call US we'll call YOU!" Then, I found out someone else had purchased a D200 from him! I then decided to buy my D200 from Arlington Camera (TX) and had it in 3 days! I received Excellent Service from Arlington Camera and they were on the phone for over an hour answering ALL my questions. I saved over $400 also. This is NOT to say that a SMALL outfit cannot handle the business, because there are PLENTY that do, this was a bad experience with a company that we had done business with for MANY, MANY years. If it was a mistake from an employee, I would be more lenient, but when the Owner was rude, I've LOST trust. more
