I have been all over the U.S. I am the kind of customer/patient that demands honesty and excellence in businesses no matter what kind, I made my life income from my ability to tell others what "customer service" really means. This little Hospital is really Big in my opinion. As I grow older on the road, I begin to fall apart, and while in Lawrence, I needed glasses and that was a bad experience, but then I needed a mammogram, and surgery of my left breast, a huge lump just showed up, I called the Hospital, the concerned receptionist transfered me to the cancer center, there I spoke to a wonderful nurse, that for reasons of privacy I will call JC and she basically took care of me, she found me a doctor, made appointment with surgeon and in one week I was out, doing wonderfully, Dr. Smith did a wonderful job, there are no marks at all in my breast,no bruising, no pain.
