Lawnscapes has been handling our bush and tree trimming, lawn cutting, and lawn care for several years. Without exception, we have received excellent service, in a timely, honest, and cost effective way, compared to two other companies which we used at one time or another. When we have a matter to discuss, which is seldom, our calls are either answered at once, or returned very shortly - we really appreciate this in particular, as there are so many services of so many kinds from which we may not hear back, sometimes for weeks! Never so with this company! The principal owner and his staff say what they will do and do what they say - this, in combination with their evident landscaping knowledge and talent leads to our justified accolades! more

Quoted me one price for cleanup and then ongoing lawnservice. Received the first bill and found I'd been charged almost 50% more for the cleanup than we'd agreed on. When I called about the billing error, he said that's not the amount he quoted until I repeated our conversation to him almost verbatim, at which point he agreed to the original amount. Keep in mind this was a brief, calm conversation. I mailed the payment and waited for my next lawn service. He never showed up. I called and left messages that he didn't return. Today I finally reached him and he said since I wasn't happy with his service before, he just decided not to come back. I can honestly say I've never dealt with a more unprofessional business owner in my life. Cons: Will give one quote and charge another; won't show up and won't let you know. more

Did a sod installation, complained the whole time. Broke my sprinkler -- couldn't/wouldn't fix it. Buyer beware - don't go with the cheapest! more
