They called and setup 1 free treatment and I said No then she insisted it's No obligation and will not be charged unless I ask and sign-up for the service. They sent bill after the service and I called ans said No again and she said Yes you are not signed up and we will not bill you. Then they sent the bill again and when I called again they said you are signed up as you wanted and now you have to Pay for 2 services which I never asked for and actually said No for those services. Appears to be scam, Please beware. I'm going to file a complaint to the nearby police station. Cons: Did service when I clearly said NO and sending bills more

Lawns plus telemarketed our house and I was told about special spring offer and a quote would be sent to me. I received what I thought was a quote and then shortly after that I was invoiced for treatment I did not authorize. ** please note: this was not a renewal .. we have never used their services before.** In my attempt to correct the situation I called the comany who claimed I gave verbal approval via their telemarketing call?? I was told I was confused and the paperwork sent was my confirmation. Another interesting point is the paperwork has a perforated portion which not only offers two options for scheduled services but also payment options which I did not fill out. I asked the company since I did not return that portion why did they proceed? I was told and I quote ""since I did not return that portion they ASSUMED we were going to pay per treatment."" (strange since no confirmation on which services were needed either)???? They were unwilling to concede that they made a mistake. So I felt I needed to take time to send a warning to prevent others from having this happen to them as well! Proceed with caution!!!! Cons: Treated our lawn without our approval more
