I've used Lawhorn and Assoc. professionally for years for my local closings and I have also used him for my investment property purchases. They've always made the process easy. He'll also close either in Loganville or Monroe so you don't always have to drive to his office to close, which is a nice plus! Quick and business like, but with a small town touch.
