Zev Brooks at the Law Offices of Zev Brooks is very approachable and very friendly. He's informative and patient, in that he took his time to explain things. There was a language barrier but Zev Brooks was patient and explained everything in laymen language to make it easier for all of us. We were recommended to the Law Offices of Zev Brooks from my niece, who had positive recommendations of them. She used them earlier in the year. We called Zev for advise on some property ,change of ownership due to a death in the family. Zev came to our house at the appointed time gave us some advise, explained in detail what should be done and said that he would do some checking with the county where the property was and get back to us a few days later with the current info and the price. He called and explained that we needed to send him some more info, and the price was much less than two other lawyers we had contacted, within a few weeks the name was changed on the property and everything that Zev explained was true and accurate. The Law Offices of Zev Brooks had great service. The first thing they did was our trust. I had tried getting it done before, but the guys that came in asked all kinds of questions and wanted to charge a fortune. They must have thought I was dumb! I said no thank you to them all, and then I had Zev do it. He came over and explained everything, told me what needed to be done, and he got it done quickly and nicely.
