Ms. Radna basically took $17,000 from me in the course of 9 months. In that time she put together a settlement agreement that cost me $3,000 yet she never discussed visitation prior to drafting the settlement and proceeded to put wording in I never approved of. When I questioned why she put the wording in, she said it was "standard" visitation (Aka cookie cutter language). She agreed to change it to something I felt was more advantageous to my kids mental health. She changed the wording, and charged me for the changes. She is cold and uncaring and when I told her I was having trouble making ends meet and needed help with some temporary spousal support, she decides to send me a motion (and a bill attached) for $2,700. Was that looking at my best interests, sadly, no, it was looking more to fill her pocket with more of my money. I never asked her for a $2,700 motion and she never clued me in that my innocent request for temporary spousal support would set me back another $2,700 or I wouldn't have asked for it. My husbands attorney claims he only heard from her when she wanted money from my husband. She got me nowhere in my divorce but took $17,000 from me. Stay far away. My new attorney explains everything to me, no surprises and my best interests are her priority. Don't make the same mistake I did. $17,000 in 9 months. I still can't figure out what exactly she did. I saw zero difference in my life. She didn't advocate for me effectively.
