The other attorneys that I consulted just glanced at my paperwork for a few minutes and seemed more interested in their retainer fee than my situation. Martha wasnt like that she actually cared about my case. more

Will Always Remember Martha 11/16/2011

I went to a consultation and thought I found the perfect lawyer to represent me in this situation. I knew I had picked a caring attorney who was spunky and aggressive enough to power house my best interests. I actually did not need her because within a few days the whole situation resolved on its own but I am telling you if I ever needed an advocate I found it and wanted to let you know that and thanks...I will always remember Martha. more

Prompt and efficient 11/8/2011

Due to the fact that my husband and I were expecting our son when the divorce was initiated, the process was complicated and wrought with emotion. Not only did Martha handle my case with promptness and extreme efficiency, she was also sensitive to the anguish that I was experiencing at the time. Each request that I made of Martha was executed to exacting standards. Never once did I have to wait for a response nor did I ever have any question that was not answered fully in a way that I clearly understood. more

I'm so glad I found Martha!! I was going a bit crazy with all the unknowns I had regarding my divorce so when I went in for the consultation, I had a list of questions and Martha gave me the time to ask them and she answered them. I immediately knew she was going to handle my case because she is so knowledgeable and you can see the passion for what she does. Not only that but she was able to put my mind at ease and made me feel I was in great hands and I sure was. My divorce is now finalized and I am very happy with her services! As a matter of fact, I've already referred a friend to Martha. She was just what I needed!! more

If you're reading this review, you are probably shopping for a lawyer who will effectively go to war for you. The court process can be disheartening and confusing, but Martha made my problems her own. This is not the first time I've gone through the family court process in order to receive a proper judgement. Martha is not my first attorney- but she will be my last. more

Excellent Representation 10/13/2011

I came to the realization that just having an attorney is not enough, but having the right attorney is everything. Finding myself at 54 and being faced with the most devastating journey of my life, i.e., the demise of my 35 year marriage. I did not know where to turn for professional help. The first attorney I chose was definitely not the right one for me as he wasted a lot of my money and accomplished very little. Out of frustration, I asked an attorney/friend of mine who did not practice family law for a recommendation. He stated, and I quote, "" If you have a difficult case and you want to make sure you receive everything you are entitled to, Martha Olson is the only family law attorney I would consider."" She is not a big time firm big money attorney; she is very informative and actually listens, no over talking or domineering type lawyer like others I have had consultations with. I am happy I went to her. more

The day after being served with divorce papers, I stared what I thought was going to be the difficult task of finding an attorney whom I could trust 100% and who would always act in my best interest.
